What we do
- Film a full walkthrough and publish it on YouTube and on a dedicated page here.
- Write you up honestly, including who you are not right for. That is the point — it stops you fielding enquiries you were always going to lose.
- Cut short-form versions for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Screen every enquiry against your real constraints: minimum stay, changeover day, capacity, board, access.
What it costs
Nothing up front. A referral commission on a completed stay, agreed in writing before we publish, typically in the 5–10% range depending on season and length of stay. No commission on a cancellation or a no-show.
What we need from you
- An hour on site to film, ideally in daylight.
- Your real minimum stays, changeover days and rate bands.
- One email address that gets checked in season, and a name to address.
- A signed one-page referral agreement.
You don't have to wait to be filmed
Filming takes time and I can only be in one place at once. So properties join in stages, and the stage is always stated plainly on the site:
- Listed — under agreement, details from you, I haven't visited. No page on the site, but you're in the matching engine, so you can win an enquiry from the day we sign.
- Visited — I've been, walked the route to the lift and seen the rooms. You get a full page, minus the video.
- Filmed — the walkthrough, the chapters, the write-up. The whole thing.
I film the properties that are actually getting enquiries first. Being listed is how you get into that queue.
